ABOUT ME
Erica Ferguson
Our mission is to do that we were purposed to do & to build lives while offering ways to better their current situation. Giving back is something I’ve done my whole life thus far, always wanting to see others be well & LIVE WELL. We at Beasta Nutrition & Fitness are fully aware of how difficult it can be to overcome the many obstacles of life. We focus on total wellness; physical, mental, spiritual, financial, business & family.
In April 2008 I was in a life changing car accident that fortunately I was able to walk away from. I’m grateful to be alive, even though I live with constant reminders of the horrible incident. With a bruised tail bone & fractured ankle, I continued on. The following year I went in for a regular check-up & as a result was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I had no clue what that entailed at the time. I endured many sleepless nights, extreme pain & discomfort and mental instability. During this stage of my life, I begin to re-focus my attention on total body wellness.
After years of experiences, unsuccessful doctor visits & my own research studies in 2014, I decided to create a wellness plan for my life. Now today ‘Cancer FREE’ 2016, I am the founder & operator of the wellness program, “BEASTA NUTRITION & FITNESS”. We are so excited to share this program with the world & encourage total wellness.
